Delivery and Return's
Everything You Need to Know
Please note that these are handmade, so there maybe slight differences, which would only be minor. Please understand this is not a fault.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We do not offer same day delivery, but if you live within 15KM of our business which is based in Poole, Dorset, then we can organise same day free delivery or pick up if ordered before 1PM that day.
What is your return policy?
Due to Health and Hygiene reasons and the products we are selling, any products being returned MUST BE RETURNED IN AN UNUSED AND RESELABLE CONDITION IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED PACKAGING. Because of this we will not be refunding any products that have been opened and/or used.
For unwanted products, you must return them within 14 days of receiving the products.
In the rare case of receiving our products damaged or faulty as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods we will of course be more than happy to exchange or refund you.
Please contact Lovelashesbystorm@hotmail.com before making any returns. We will require a proof of purchase and/or an order number.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS
Once we have the faulty products back for inspection, we will notify you via email that we have received the faulty products.
If a refund is authorised, we will notify you via email within 2-3 working days of receiving the faulty products, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange any of the products purchased, you must notify us by email lovelashesbystorm@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, where you will be given the next steps.
Do you offer Free Returns?
For all returns it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage. Any Products returned with outstanding postage or charges to be paid will be refused.
Shipping
Love Lashes by Storm offers free delivery (UK mainland only)
Orders Placed before 3pm Monday- Thursday will be delivered with in 1-2 days (UK mainland only) This excludes delivery on bank holidays.
